"Scratch & Dent Sale"

These items are functionally new and warranty applies but are imperfect to sell as "new." They will have either cosmetic blemishes on the tools themselves or missing/damaged packaging. Often the "blemishes" would be hard to show in pictures but they have failed my personal quality control. They may be customer returns or items that were not packed well from Germany and rubbed against eachother in transit or similar.
