The Knipex pliers wrench has to be one of the best designs hands down. I don't think anything will surpass this. The lever transmission of greater than 10:1 is unbelievable. It's kinda like having a pair of vise grips without wasting all the time adjusting them. Smooth inside jaws are great for working on all types of projects. The nickel finish justs tops off the whole experience of using one of these. This size is very useful, but get the 10" also.

Better than regular adjustable wrench

I originally bought these because they looked like a novel idea and I wanted to test them out. I have used them at work for about a month or two now and they are indispensable. The plier wrench may cost twice as much as a regular adjustable wrench but they are also twice as usefull. No more worrying about rounding off nuts and bolts.
