I use this size and the 7 inch all the time, far superior to channellocks. I am a tool collector and this is one of the best tools I own, both for the great design and the quality of the tool. Knipex together with Wera are some of the best tools around.

I bought this as part of a set of all three sizes. I have found the two smaller wrenches the most useful. All three wrenches meet the FAA requirement that the tool not mark up the fastener even with soft aluminum b-nuts and jam nuts. Another very useful trick for these wrenches is as a rivet squeezer for flush head rivets when there is not much room to get on a rivet. this should give you an idea of how much force the cam action of the jaws is, if you can't get it with these wrenches you can't get it!
