*Factory backorders are out of our control, they are usually short, but if we catch them offguard and run them out of something this side of the Atlantic, it can take several weeks to import more. Some large items sent to AK, and HI and international addresses may require additional postage. Quotes are sent by the warehouse, no charges are made without authorization by email.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail, normal transit time is 2-5 days.
Order changes or additions must be made with E-mail to maintain records.
Free Shipping is selectable for all USA orders over $200
Flat Rate $8.95 for All orders under $200 and for Priority/split shipping on larger orders.
There is NO free shipping for Canada or any other international address.
Some items may qualify for free shipping without a minimum purchase.
Returns must be prior authorized by email or chat to receive proper instructions.
Return of new merchandise will be accepted at any time.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Re-stocking fees of 15-25% may apply to returned and cancelled orders.

This list of policy addendum unfortuneatly had to be written for people that do not ask for refunds and that very small percentage of shoppers(thieves) that think they deserve something for nothing.
Chargebacks are completely not necessary, we are very easy to reach via email, chat, fax or phone.
If you need to cancel a back/order or return merchandise, let us know we can handle it.
It is a requirement by your credit card company to contact us to resolve the refund first. The people that make it necessary to write this ridiculous list of policies about chargebacks do not contact retailers first. They usually wait about 3 months, then decide they wanted those items for free, and then tell their credit card company they have not recieved their merchandise.
After a few hours of tracking down paper trails and faxing forms back and forth the refund is denied because it is found that they did recieve the merchandise and they did not try to contact the retailer first.
- There is a minimum fee of $119 when a wrongful chargeback is filed, then an additional $79 an hour is applied to the bill for the amount of time dedicated to defending our case. This is our expense related to handling chargebacks.
- Its ridiculous that we have to put a policy such as this in writing, but some people think they deserve something for nothing.
- Fees are nonrefundable and legally enforced.
- If your card has been cancelled, the fees will go into collections.
