As an aircraft mechanic, I am constantly working in tight spaces with little room for extra tools. Having a versatile tool like the Knipex Plier-Wrench is a HUGE asset. You can go into a landing gear well with a bunch of hydraulic lines of different sizes and all you need are 2 of these things to take the place of a toolbag full of standard wrenches. These pliers are strong enough to be used as rivet squeezers, and they are so handy they have earned the nickname "super-pliers" at my shop. Because of it's design, all you have to do is get the tool on the fastener and pull on the long handle and the plier becomes a quick-release pipe wrench. I find a new way to use these tools every day. After constantly borrowing these tools from a co-worker, he directed me to Chad's Toolbox to get a set of my own. I was very impressed with the pricing, which was about 1/2 the price of the guy on the tool truck. Shopping was easy and shipping was prompt. I would recommend the 3-pc. set because of it's great value and utility. Thanks Chad for another great tool!

Wow your prices are very fair, your service was extremely fast (recieved my order in three days) and I cant stop finding things to use these pliers on. I mainly use the large ones for hooking up water lines to the nozzles which are 1 1/2 inche nuts. I have yet to damage any nuts or bolts, absolutly the best pliers I have ever used.
Because of this I have purchased other pliers such as the rapter which is great if the head of the bolt is used up. These usually grip and break the torque so you can easily remove the bolt or damaged nut.
I will be purchasing more soon.

Knipex Bolt Cutter 71-31-200

Having bought more than one bolt cutter ( even a Japanese one ) I was worried that this one was just one more that would fail to live up to its promise. I studied the pictures but could not see how they would achieve their claims. Well, the tool arrived and I tried it. I can not believe the power. It is obvious that the pivot point moves closer to the object being cut (thus increasing the leverage as it cuts). The lever arm actually approaches zero so that the force approaches infinite as the handles come together. What a great design. The secret seems to be that there are actually the two visible pivots and one (necessarily) hidden one. Thus no picture can do this justice - perhaps an engineering drawing would help.
An incredible device. It was placed immediately in the most available spot over my bench. Thank You for carrying such a well designed product line.
